This is a Reform candidate in Wales talking about scrapping the default 20mph limit.
It probably didn't help her case that she was talking in front of a 50mph sign...
There is an important conversation to have about 20mph. While it can be frustrating to drive slowly the data suggests that the policy has already paid for itself many times over in terms of savings for the taxpayer.

The UK media is letting Reform UK receive tens of millions from controversial billionaires, with very little scrutiny.
I analysed how many times our media posted about those billionaires vs. far less significant Labour 'scandals'.
The results are genuinely shocking and very revealing.
They show several trends, but the main one is that our media lost its collective minds over the Peter Mandelson story. Seriously unhinged.

As I’ve said since that first Trump term, we may never know why Trump is so loyal to Putin. Bribery? Blackmail? Affinity for dictators & oligarchs? KGB asset? All of the above? More important is stopping him, because if he were a Russian agent, what would he do differently?

Trump has been threatening such reductions to a number of European and Asian allies going back to his first term. This particular announcement comes the same day he spoke with Putin - and it’s a development Russia would certainly welcome.

This is unbelievable. Chris Mason reporting on the Farage £5m donation and doesn't mention the rule that new MPs must report all donations in the 12 months prior to being elected. Unbelievable.

I would argue that it is true that Farage's name has been around racism and antisemitism more than any other.
Indeed the level of media stories in respect of his candidates from UKIP days onward shows what he has done to highlight the issue 🤣

Unelected bellend Zia Yusuf who is on #bbcqt yet again has just said that not a single politician in public life today has done more than Nigel Farage to highlight issue of racism and antisemitism. One guest is heard to say wow in response .
