Bharat Dress Code
1. All companies operating in India must allow Bindi, Sindoor, Dhoti and other Indian dresses and traditional wearables.
They are all part of Bharat's dressing norms for ages. They have been common till recently, and better suited to climate of India.
In fact, a modern Dhoti or Veshti would be wonderful dress for entire world - healthier, easier to make, easy to maintain, more functional.
If Arabic nations can allow or rather give preference to their traditional dresses in offices over western dresses, why not India?
2. They can enforce standardizations to make sure no one Bollywoodizes them.
3. Hijab must be banned.
Be it burqa or head-scarf.
Why? Because it has become part of a conversion racket to enforce Islam on non-Muslims, in India and across globe.
People hostile to Hindus have been even celebrating a stupid World Hijab Day when they force Hijab on non-muslims.
Workplaces must make sure they no way allow any such conversion agendas.
4. Similarly, skull-cap is for prayers. No one must be allowed to wear them in workplace.
5. Overall, Bharat is Bharat. It is neither a colony of Britain, nor a laboratory for conversions.
Any decent dress or wearable that is free of colonial or conversion agendas must be encouraged.
And all conversion-mindset stuff must be banned.

इटावा में पत्रकार अशित यादव ने स्थानीय सांसद से मंदिर की लाइट की मांग कर दी बस उसके बाद सांसद जी ने असित यादव को ScSt एक्ट का मुकदमा लगाकर जेल भेज दिया। ऐसा आरोप पत्रकार द्वारा लगाए जा रहा है।

Manasi Dixit, 19, was an aspiring model from Rajasthan living in Mumbai for a few months. One day a photographer Syed Muzammil called her for a photoshoot. Once at the shoot Muzammil tried to grab Manasi. She protested. For Muzammil a kafir girl saying no was insulting. Plus as a Brahmin Manasi's Love Jihad rate was high. He got angry and hit her on the head with a stool. Then strangled her and molested her dead body.
He tried to dump her in a suitcase but got caught the same day.
His family said in court he has mental issues and he should be free. Social media Islamist handles made fun of Manasi, doubted her character and called Muzammil a chad M who had enslaved her. Exactly like what is happening in TCS case.
Also Love Jihad is a myth.

Then comes the cycle: backlash, victim narrative, sympathy harvesting.
Laws exist, but enforcement often feels too light to deter repeat stunts.
Respect faith, keep promotions responsible, and hold brands accountable.

मित्रो, अगर पूरा भारत ही वंचित पीड़ित है, तो हमारा संविधान मज़बूत किसको कर रहा है ?
संविधान लागू होने के इतने साल बाद भी
- महिला आगे नहीं जा सकी
- दलित ऊपर नहीं उठ सका
- पिछड़ा अगड़ा नहीं बन पाया
- ट्रांसजेंडर अभी भी अधिकार माँग रहे है
- अल्पसंख्यक भी पीड़ित ही है
इतना मज़बूत संविधान होने के बाद भी हर कोई वंचित पीड़ित और शोषित ही है।
फिर भला किसका हो रहा है ? 😂

This is what TCS does NOT want you to know.
In the BPO and ITES sectors currently under the spotlight, process associates in HR are the engine room of the department. They handle the high-volume, repetitive, and administrative tasks that keep the employee lifecycle moving.
While HR managers set strategy, process associates execute the day-to-day operations.
Their work involves:
Onboarding and documentation: Verifying IDs, managing background checks, and ensuring new hires have signed all NDAs and company policies.
Data management: Updating employee records in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System). And finally,
Grievance logging: They are often the first point of contact for employee complaints. They log the issue and route it to the relevant manager or the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) committee.
In the #TCS Nashik case, it is alleged that Nida Khan, a process associate, was sent 78 emails regarding harassment. The investigation is now looking at why they failed to act.

उत्तर प्रदेश में योगी जी के राज में जातिवाद अपने चरम पर पहुंच गया है।
इस खौफनाक घटना को पढ़िए।
वाराणसी के नहिया गांव में प्रवेश द्वार पर रामनवमी पर हमेशा से भगवा झंडा लगाया जाता है।
14 अप्रैल को अंबेडकर जयंती के जुलूस के दौरान किसी ने उसे हटाकर वहां डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर का झंडा लगा दिया।
पुलिस ने कोई एक्शन नहीं लिया तो 15 अप्रैल को हिंदू धर्म संगठन के लोगों ने उस झंडे को तोड़कर हटा दिया।
16 अप्रैल को प्रवेश द्वार पर दलित समुदाय जमा हो गया।
17 अप्रैल को यह भीड़ बेकाबू हो गई और इन लोगों ने बचाव करना शुरू कर दिया।
बहुत से पुलिस वाले भी घायल हुए हैं।
भाजपा के राज्य में ऐसी घटनाएं बहुत आम हो गई हैं।
