SCROOGE-LEE: Gov. Bill Lee is taking heat for announcing a $100 million LOAN program for East Tenn. counties wrecked by flooding. If a county participates, they’ll have to pay 100% of the money back. Earlier this year, Lee gifted $1.9B to big corporations—most went out of state!

ICYMI — @timburchett voted not to fund the government and shut it down… then 2 days later joined Gov. Lee in requesting federal aid (later than other states) and acted like the White House was the holdup. Tim probably hopes nobody connects those dots. But they connect.
