I ordered a lootcrate in November. I have had nothing but trouble since. I can't get anyone to give me an answer or the refund I was promised. @lootcrate your customer service is absolutely the worst u have ever delt with hands down.

Yeah I placed an order Nov 13th they have taken 150 from me. Nothing has Ben delivered.last email I got said it would be delivered in December bjti have not gotten any thing. Nor any updates. And absolutely no one is answering emails, tweets, fb messages

between there and 146 until about 5-6am. Once I got past that point it was clear roads both because it had been scrapped and traffic spread out. (2/2) #WinterStorm #Virginia

Around 11am at MM 111 -until I got to exit at 115 around 5pm and I tried to find hotel, nothing was avail, so I kept going down highway 1 until I had to get back on 95 because 1 wasn't clear anymore. I got on at MM 143 around 7-8pm and was stuck (1/2) #WinterStorm

@Cpatrickis There's not a whole lot to say. The few exits there was available were so snowed over you ended up going back to 95. 95 was at a stand still for hours at a time. When it did move it was 1/10 of a mile. All the hotels close by to the few exits were totally booked as well.
