the binge urge was SO bad last night yall. this sickness is so embarrassing i almost considered faking a family death so i could stay home for three days and binge. the only thing keeping me from binging is going to work and people seeing me bloated

i just starved a little too close to the sun i think and it fucked up how i was feeling. back to slowish n steady… n not forcing anything

i will only be 132 lbs by end of july :c but ill officially be a normal weight so i wont be skinny / uw till end of the year :c BUT THAT MEANS CUTE FALL FITS!! but ill be so cold

ok new plan to lose the next 23 lbs in hopefully two months according to pigly if i am doing 10k steps every day, 990cals every day will get me there in two months 800 cals and at least 10k steps before getting home and then anything over that is a bonus. two meals per day also
