I received the LOI a few days ago and was supposed to join on 5th June but I still haven't received the offer letter So I contacted the HR today and she said there is some restructuring going on in the company and she will "get things clear" about my situation and update me later in the evening Honestly this is sooo frustrating 😭 If you're not planning to hire then please don't put people through multiple rounds and make them invest so much time, energy and most importantly hope into the process and if something changes internally, at least communicate it yourself instead of waiting for the candidate to ask. What surprised me even more is that one of my friends already working there told me the environment is really good and the managers are very supportive… so I genuinely didn't expect something like this to happen 😭 This is the third time something like this has happened to me and it genuinely messes with my confidence and peace of mind pray for me guys😭
