A piece of debris fell on my car from metro construction at Univ circle. The impact was so strong, it pierced the 2 mm steel sheet of the hood. This could have been fatal. Immediate safety netting needed. @SidShirole @AjitPawarSpeaks @OfficialPMRDA @MetroPuneri
