@Uncle2Triplets For goodness sake, can we stop creating impotent and unnecessary exercises? How is that going to hit the hamstrings to a large degree????? You are better off following the normal squat movement or credible exercises. Enough of the deception man.

New PR: 240kg 💪🏽 Stacked it—25kg x 8 + 20kg x 2 Discipline/Consistency > Motivation. Built on days I didn’t feel like it—that’s the difference. Did 3 x 5 reps 🏋🏽 Here are strong, real reasons why women should lift heavier: - Build real strength – not just tone, actual power you feel daily. - Boost metabolism – more muscle = more calories burned, even at rest. - Shape your body better – heavier lifts create definition, not bulk. - Stronger bones – reduces risk of osteoporosis later in life. - Confidence hits different – lifting heavy changes how you carry yourself. - Better fat loss – more effective than light weights + endless cardio. - Functional strength – life gets easier (lifting, carrying, moving). - Mental toughness – you learn to push past limits. Bottom line: lifting heavy doesn’t make you bulky—it makes you powerful. 💪🏽

Watching someone transform their body over 12 months and calling it 'overnight success' is one of the more disrespectful things people do to the genuinely hard work of consistency.

Whenever I point out an error in a lift or explain how a commonly repeated error is not meant to be; Commenters from US, ireland, bulgaria, etc are always positive and affirmative that it is a correct assertion. The ones that are mostly defensive and angry are Nigerians.
