@premierinn & Horizon Car Parking need to get their acts together at Southampton airport hotel. 4 EV spaces apparently haven’t worked for a year yet you’re not allowed to park there overnight when the rest of the car park is fully booked.



@premierinn what a joke, booked into Premier inn Beverley, on early check in and can’t get in. told it’s only early if people come out of their room. how can you offer something that you can’t give. not happy

Apparently if you amend a booking with #PremierInn to an alternative date, and you see this: ‘You have changed your booking from 2025-12-31 for 2 nights to 2026-04-04 for 2 nights’ It does NOT mean your booking has been changed! 🤷♂️

@premierinn your virtual chat bot is very annoying. I want to amend a booking. Your website won't let me and your virtual bot goes round in circles. Bring back humans.

@premierinn I visited one of your hotels today for bfast with my wife and 2 grdchildren to be greeted by waitress tapping her watch telling me bfast ends at 10:30. It was 10:10. She was rude and offered zero assist other than pay now. This is the 2nd time. Never again! DISGUSTING

@premierinn absolutely atrocious serine at cambuslang junc 2a for food tonight. 40 mins for fish and chips. Complimentary drink but just not good enough last night service was great.
