I would bring him to the majors on Opening Day and play him. If you counted everyone that batted .200 on the Pirates' roster last year, you wouldn't have many guys on the roster. Cruz stinks and he's in the majors.

Haha, Not smarter than anyone, but a 19-year-old hitting .200 in the bigs? I get the upside argument—elite tools, faster learning, fan buzz. Still feels like Triple-A is the smarter play: development, confidence, and an extra year of control. Rushing talent helps no one long term. Thoughts?
