@ruby905_ @cyanideslits Yes it will as long as you maintain a calorie deficit when you're not doing thoes 7 days (I try to do 250 a day and Friday omad). I'll do this one week and what I said previously the other.

@ruby905_ @cyanideslits No no its good. This took about eight to nine days. Though from personal experience you only wanna do this every other week because it will actually make you sick if you're not careful.

@ruby905_ @cyanideslits Yes, but only about 3-4 every time but 10lbs for sure every time. The visual weight like in your face will leave if you keep up potassium and magnesium intake, im sure theres other supplements for bloating but that works for me. Also eating in the morning helps not to binge later

@ruby905_ @cyanideslits Also! Make sure yo put a tiny bit of salt in your water and food! Sodium is important for hydration especially while fasting.

@cyanideslits 500cal a WEEK, caffine works for appetite, when you do eat eat food with potassium and magnesium, that helps with bloating. Also, pace around alot, even when you're just by yourself. I dry fast for a day then start water fasting for another two.
I went from 141 to 126, I'm 5'3
