For those wanting a rverse dev update, we're rewriting the current codebase in go (shock!) for a while because our idea became a terrible decision fast, and... yeah, testing was becoming unwieldly fast

Personally, I'd be glad to have rverse on their network once we're up and running too (help) but I have a lot of questions about their future because I'm worried about it either going down from its weight or the oh-so-friendly lawyers knock on their metaphorical doors and kill it

I'll be honest, I'm watching @iisu_network's video atm, and so far, it's just feature creep all around. Especially the network part. I'm happy for more competition on the space, but please get your basics up first before thinking on the feature creep business! 🧵

We are not dead yet, but we got the new rverse to load on console :> Almost everything is a placeholder in terms of design, though, but we're working little by little

@Miguel_alonso_5 We can't use the original assets made by Nintendo/Hatena anymore, on fear of being struck down by Nintendo's increasing wariness over infringing their IP. It'll look similar but not exactly like the original

@rverseClub Will the design be the same as the original Miiverse or will it be different? And another question: Is Miiverse still available for the 3DS to read only? If I tell you the truth, I've been dreaming about Miiverse since it closed, even though the design seemed strange.

@DragonbornZane @PretendoNetwork Retaining the OG appearance, however due to Nintendo being more trigger-happy about their IP since the Tropic Haze lawsuit, we're working on a lookalike design that doesn't use their assets, as for an integration, it's more on trying to allow using their PNID to login :)

@rverseClub Don't know how I feel about somebody making a completely separate miiverse solution when the service already is kinda dead. This would just thaw out the userbase even more. Why not combine work with Pretendo?
