@samtwick We have seen a lot of people with known, or newly diagnosed asthma admitted to hospital this week. Probably pollen/thunderstorm related. Take those inhaled steroids!

Don’t sniff when you take your nasal spray or you'll swallow most of it and it won't work. This is my number one tip for getting the most out of your hay fever treatment - a must when there's lots of pollen about and the weather is calm and sunny at this time of year.

I had a weird snotty official letter from GP today who said they didn’t know what was meant by AERD ,FeNO ,Dupilumab , Benralizumab . Could I write another letter explaining this in simple terms . Been seeing this particular patient over five years in my ENT and chest clinic
