@simplehuman disappointed with my “rust free” shower caddy that has meant the rod holding the basket has now fallen out rendering the whole thing useless! The basket is now resting on the bottles below which is not much help! Any ideas?

@simplehuman I came into my bathroom and soap was all over my counter.
The bottom of the touchless soap dispenser leaks. Sadly, this is the second unit I've seen this happen with. I used your brand soap refill as advised.
Can you please correct this? This unit isn't cheap.

@simplehuman- your product is great but your return process is abysmal. It’s amazing how difficult you make it for customers to return a damaged item. Seriously the worst customer experience- ever.
