@FlareGunDebate @redblobgames I think the issue you're seeing is that you're mixing the *current* position with the final position instead of mixing the *initial* position with the final position: x = mix(x_init, x_final, elapsed_time/total_time).

@redblobgames I got really into noise functions for terrain a while ago, but was disappointed to find that noise alone only looks good close up, and real terrain is way more shaped by erosion/tectonics: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/comm… Cool to see more work on terrain gen that isn't just perlin noise.

@WolfyThe3rd Haha, good catch. I originally used placeholder art from other stages, and mostly went back to add new art, but there's still two stages that share art: office drone/small business owner and convict/white collar criminal.
