You are not allowed to know what they are. You are not allowed to know who invented them. You can go to prison for talking about your own invention.

D) the people can see DOJ and govt can’t figure it out. Thanks in large part to you dear sir. Therefore the people should empanel a grand jury and do the investigations outside of govt control. They should investigate the DOJ, FBI, and all matters and people inside the files.

Misleading. Florida’s constitution already secures the right to property and no taxation is authorized against due process of law. Attorneys have hoodwinked Americans into believing “property taxes” are lawful, but they are really indirect taxes applied directly. Which is unconstitutional. Direct taxes must be by apportionment. If I own an acre and you own an acre, we pay the same amount in direct tax. But today, government authorizes itself (without a grant of power from any constitution) to assess your property’s value and then it presumes the use of the property is an activity subjected to government regulation, which is then how it “uniformly” taxes the property according to “mills” or some other arbitrary standard. Learn real law. Attorneys are taught wrong in law schools.

Boomers, mad that social security took your dollars & gives you pennies? The government wrongly presumed you made money as part of a commercial enterprise, but the constitutions guarantee your property with due process of law. Americans haven't been taught the difference between public & private, and so we suffer from schemes like social security. You have the right to get ALL of your money back IF you were not given full disclosure, because the taking of your money was made with a bad presumption and against your rights. REMEDY: 1) Repent from politics. It's theater & solves nothing. 2) Learn state constitutions & fundamental principles (maxims of law) 3) Prove all things (1 Thess 5:21); stop believing what you read/see/hear on the internet. Don't just believe what I say, be diligent to seek out the original authorities and see if what I say is true or false. Do that for everything. 4) Exercise your rights. There is no time restriction on jurisdiction or fraud. You can get everything back, but not if you retain your knowledge & way of thinking. For the younger generations, dump politics. Read your state constitutions. Challenge literally everything government does & says by asking, "Where does the constitution grant that authority?" America belongs to the people.

When the nation started, there was no such thing as a public prosecutor. People accessed grand juries and prosecuted their own actions (civil & criminal). But notice here how an “anti-crime” agenda presumes the need for lawyers? All crimes should be prosecuted, but the shortage of lawyer doesn’t mean the need for more attorneys. It shows the people need to learn real law and the government needs to stop blocking justice with modern schemes that deprive people’s access to courts.

53 banking associations just wrote themselves a $6.6 trillion protection bill. They called it the CLARITY Act. Here is what they do not want you to understand. Banks pay depositors 0.1% interest. Stablecoin issuers hold Treasury bills earning 4.5%. If stablecoins could pass that yield to users, banks lose the deposit war. They cannot compete. The math is fatal. So they made competition illegal. The Kansas City Fed calculated what happens if stablecoins pay competitive rates. Banks lose 25.9% of deposits. $1.5 trillion in lending capacity vanishes. The entire community banking model collapses. Their solution was not innovation. Their solution was legislation. The CLARITY Act everyone is celebrating contains Section 404 prohibiting yield payments through any mechanism. Not just from issuers. From exchanges. From affiliates. From partners. Every single pathway to competitive returns, closed by statute. Brian Armstrong reviewed the 278-page draft for 48 hours. He withdrew Coinbase support at 11pm. The markup was postponed by morning. He saw what Wall Street analysts missed entirely. This is not crypto regulation. This is Dodd-Frank for digital assets. Incumbents writing rules that crush competitors. Regulatory capture so brazen they published the lobbying letters on their own websites. The American Bankers Association. 52 state banking associations. The Community Bankers Council. All coordinating to eliminate an industry they cannot beat in open markets. Meanwhile China made e-CNY interest-bearing on December 29. America is banning stablecoin yield while Beijing is paying it. The crypto industry spent years begging for regulatory clarity. They got it. Clarity that $6.6 trillion in deposits will be protected at any cost. Clarity that banks write the rules. Clarity that if you cannot win in markets, you win in Congress. This is the largest regulatory capture event in American financial history. And it is being sold as innovation policy.

After reviewing the Senate Banking draft text over the last 48hrs, Coinbase unfortunately can’t support the bill as written. There are too many issues, including: - A defacto ban on tokenized equities - DeFi prohibitions, giving the government unlimited access to your financial records and removing your right to privacy - Erosion of the CFTC’s authority, stifling innovation and making it subservient to the SEC - Draft amendments that would kill rewards on stablecoins, allowing banks to ban their competition We appreciate all the hard work by members of the Senate to reach a bi-partisan outcome, but this version would be materially worse than the current status quo. We’d rather have no bill than a bad bill. Hopefully we can all get to a better draft. We'll keep fighting for all Americans and for economic freedom. Crypto needs to be treated on a level playing field with the rest of financial services so we can build this industry in a safe and trusted way in America.
