First surgery with new concept I-MiniPcnl from @uroServera , with great results. All inflow coming from UAS 12/14 placed in the superior calyx, with great washout through 18f perc access sheath. No fragments at all @koey_kana

@mudhar_hasan For me Laparoscopic. 4 small incisions (liver is apart) , fast, and safer than PCNL in this case. Big multiple stones with extrarrenal pelvis No need for robot.
