The reintroduced bill is now H.R. 1328 (Medical Device Nonvisual Accessibility Act of 2023). Currently there are 45 cosponsors of the bill (41 Democrats, 4 Republicans). No #Utah congressmen cosponsor the bill. govtrack.us/congress/bills… #utpol Est. 4% chance of passing.

For context, H.R 4853 was introduced to Congress in 2021. The bill died & @janschakowsky reintroduced the bill Mar 2023. The goal is to end unequal access to Class II/Class III medical devices for blind Americans.
