@Wickes disgusted with customer service from bristol branch! Delivery of a door was supposed to be Thursday, no door! Rescheduled for today, no door! Customer service useless!!!!

Poor service from Wickes. Internal doors due 14th April — still not delivered. Daily calls, webchat, store visits… all met with “48 hours” promises and zero updates. Builder on-site, work stalled, costs rising. @Wickes — resolve this or explain the delay.

Ordered a kitchen from @Wickes in November last year and it’s STILL not completed! Had a half installed kitchen since the end of January! Trying to get anything sorted is a complete nightmare! Wish I’d never set foot in their Store🤬

@Wickes order number 031571-8412-V kitchen delivered 03/04 with 6 fascias/doors and 2 trims missing. Took until 21/04 to get only part of missing items and all extremely damaged and now have to wait until 02/05 for delivery. Costing more for fitter, our problem

@Wickes Our new kitchen was delivered yesterday. Missing items, not able to deliver until the 24th. Installation was supposed to be starting today and now it’s on hold until I get these missing bits. My installer is already starting his new job by then. Absolute joke.
