@Wickes such an unprofessional company. Bathroom installation works outstanding for over 6 weeks and no response to formal complaint submitted 3 weeks ago. Now being referred to FCA - are you regulated by any other professional body (I’m unsure as not been given complaints proc)?

Excellent service from @Wickes. Another order of 6 bags of 50-litre compost ordered yesterday was delivered this morning. £4.00 delivery charge. Worth considering if you haven't got your own transport. Thanks Wickes.

Hi @Wickes, 7 days ago I complained after refusing delivery of 19 plasterboards because over 50% were broken. Today your customer service team confirmed the store knowingly loaded damaged boards onto the truck simply to “fulfil” the order despite lacking stock.
