@zachary135791 Recording yourself is very useful so that you can then analyse it.
Also what is bad and good form?
I think a perfect form will be different for everyone depending on their structure.
And even with perfect form you can still get injured if there is too much weight on the bar.

Don't hurt yourself to get that PR. There's always next week, unless you hurt yourself.
And don't do a quarter squat and think that's a PR.
But if it doesn't look pretty? This ain't figure skating! 😁
