It’s okay for your form not to be perfect the first time you hit a new PR. Just clean it up, before you progress again Always having “perfect form” can be a mental trap, that stops people from progressing the way they should

@zachary135791 Recording yourself is very useful so that you can then analyse it. Also what is bad and good form? I think a perfect form will be different for everyone depending on their structure. And even with perfect form you can still get injured if there is too much weight on the bar.

@zachary135791 Within bounds of reason, of course. Don't hurt yourself to get that PR. There's always next week, unless you hurt yourself. And don't do a quarter squat and think that's a PR. But if it doesn't look pretty? This ain't figure skating! 😁
