Chud the Builder court case OFFICIAL UPDATE: Dalton's bond and bail source hearing was scheduled for today. The court moved it to Wednesday under a local rule that requires the opposing side to have 10 days notice before a motion can be heard. Apparently, the prosecution had not received the full notice window, so the hearing was reset to give both sides adequate time to prepare. The defense is using the additional days to finalize documentation and prepare witnesses. Wednesday's hearing will be before Judge Goodman in Circuit Court. As if now, Nothing else has changed about the case.
