Where would we rank Thomas in rookie drafts if the position on the card was RB?

@SigmundBloom Much higher. His only competition would be Swift who is solid but on an expiring contract. His competition at WR is a steep hill and he won't ever see enough targets to be meaningful in fantasy. A 3rd round RB with his athleticism is essentially Achane all over again.
