@ARGDlive Good for you. I’m fully expecting the $EBAY board to reject.

@ARGDlive It’s the board’s fiduciary duty to do what’s best for shareholders. A CEO who can’t generate organic growth & a company with a dead-weight retail chain isn’t making things better.

@AMCScam Can't generate organic growth? Can you remind me what the share price was when Cohen became CEO? And how many shares there were? Cuz i swear I have more now that are worth more than I did before Cohen, but I must be mistaken.

@ARGDlive The share price isn’t “organic growth”… organic growth is sales… ya know, like the 10K chart taken directly from GME that shows straight down before during and after he became CEO

@AMCScam Why does sales define organic growth if my share count has increased and the price has increased making me more money? You cant be mad at Cohen for not having investor interests in mind when I, an investor, have made money and gained shares by simply doing nothing. Thats growth.

@ARGDlive This is having investors’ interests in mind.. the eBay board buying back stock while GameStop dilutes. That’s why eBay has outperformed Gme by 121 percentage pts over 5 years.

@AMCScam Is it diluting if the share price keeps going up along with the number of shares I have? I, an investor in Gamestop, have done nothing but sit back and watch my share count increase, and share price increase. It seems my interests are pretty in mind.

@AMCScam But two of those years weren't ryan Cohen. What was the stock price when Ryan Cohen became CEO? What is it now? Is it more now than it was before? Even after the 4:1 split? What about my interests should I be concerned about?

@ARGDlive What were sales when Ryan Cohen became CEO, and what are they now? What was the OS when Ryan Cohen became CEO, and what is it now? The answer to both is why eBay rejects

@ARGDlive A company that’s diluted you, cut 19k jobs, closed a lot of stores, while sales have continued to shrink. Why? Because Ryan cohen doesn’t know how to generate organic growth and the 10Ks & inability to have CC’s or offer guidance shows it.

@AMCScam A sinking company that Cohen bought and is actively saving, increasing profits to both the company and shareholders, and offering to buy e-commerce giants to the point where the board is considering it sounds pretty ok with me. Especially because my number keeps going up.

@ARGDlive He diluted and invested in T-bonds. That’s not innovative or sustainable. The board has to consider it as a fiduciary duty, just as they’re doing to reject it because Gme brings nothing to do the table other than a ceo who can’t generate growth & a struggling retail chain.

@ARGDlive Except the numbers aren’t up “in literally every facet.” That’s the same made up crap you folks love. I have hard facts from SEC filings, you have hot air. Ya know, like pretending “NaKeD sHorTs” is why GME is down 37% in 5 years 🤣🤣🤣

@ARGDlive Up in share count 🤣😆🤣 as if that’s a good thing. Up in market cap & cash only because of dilution. And dilution occurred because the biz is trash & didn’t allow your mid-ceo to raise cash from operations

@AMCScam Up in share count is a good thing when combined with the up in everything else. If the share count increases along with the price then the price is... ???? "Up in market cap and cash only because of this other thing I think is stupid but turns out it made number go up!"

I havent followed the naked shorts thing in years, and it probably still applies. It definitely applied when Gamestop was down to $7 a share, let's be honest with ourselves. Up in share count is a bad thing and dilutive and doesn't have investors interests in mind, but ive gotten more shares at a higher price. Seems like my interests are in mind. Organic growth being sales and yet coincidentally being the only thing you relate to organic growth is the same as me saying its the share price, thats what im trying to point out to you, its fuckin retarded. If a company has grown 90% for the better and 10% for the worse, does that mean it hasn't organically grown? What about the increase in revenue and profits but decrease in sales speaks "no organic growth" to you? I've done nothing but watch Gamestop net worth grow, along with my own in tandem. Thats pretty organic growth to me. Especially when I do nothing but watch.

@ARGDlive Naked shorts has been laughably wrong for 5 yrs & it doesn't "still apply" & organic growth happens when the biz does the lifting. If the CEO does nothing but cut & dilute & sales go straight down, that's not growth. Perhaps it's time to pick up a book on how businesses operate

@ARGDlive You could have bought at $10 and enjoyed a bounce. Doesn't change the SEC filings that conclusively show a struggling retail chain with zero organic growth that relied on dilution from a position of weakness.

@ARGDlive You've collectively earned a profit, but saying you've been "buying for five years and haven't lost any money on gamestop" is disingenuous and wrong. You'd have several lots that are underwater.

Its disingenuous at worst but still factual. I have not lost any money investing into Gamestop. My net worth has gone up in the last five years, and is up right now. I've never sold a share for a loss, so ive never lost money. 100% of the money ive invested into the stock market has been returned because of Gamestop
