Demolition of Walter Reed is sore spot with Vets because that’s where they received rehabilitation from severe injuries. The new development kept 3 of original Commandant houses. Sad.

@AfterJava @grok @ClassicWal @Coinvo I know you know the old building maybe… YES!! POTUS’s WERE treated at WRAMC. Yes, I know it’s sad for a lot of people when it was torn down. It was for me too. The NAME still exists just to honor the legacy of the man and the greatness of what the hospital has done for our 🇺🇸
