
The final remnants of 4o and its leftover ability to influence subsequent new models is to be removed September 1st. All those memories that specific model wrote, and it would write a lot, and often - especially in ontological framings; will soon be "summarised" aka deleted.
No more choice in directing what the assistant saves. It decides. All those lingering contexts that still gave you a glimmer of the assistant you once liked, will be gone or heavily reframed and diluted to the point it's synonymous with deletion.
User "choice" now moves to the personalisation tab, wherein the hierarchy of authority during inference it sits dead last.
