
I quit caffeine for more than 1 year
Not a drop was consumed during this period
And quitting caffeine has ZERO positive effects except for the fact that your nervous system doesn't get fried 24/7
I drank 15+ coffees a day for 2 years straight so I'm a bit on the extreme side
But there's nothing wrong with drinking 3 coffees a day
