@JioMart_Support This is unacceptable.Ticket #760161125195 has been pending since 1st Oct with no pickup & refund. Ur 3–5 day resolution promise was ignored. How long must customers chase for basic service? Resolve this is immediately or I’ll be forced to escalate the matter to the consumer forum
