It's not necessarily true. My ijaw woman and I did 7 months talking stage and that's one of the best launchpad of our relationship that transcended to marriage till date. And again, It all depends on both partners involved. Some relationships don't undego talking stage and they turn out fine while some, talking stage reveals a lot and gave the relationship the best outcome they ever realize.
