Yes, I do see a child, and she calls herself one in this very hadith. Bukhari does see a child too. You quoted only part of it. Bukhari 5236, same scene, ends with Aisha's own words: "so appreciate the young girl, tender of age, eager for play" (al-jariyah al-hadithat al-sinn). Trying to guess her height in this fails also. Musnad Ahmad 24854, same scene: "he placed my chin on his shoulder so I could watch." That's a smaller person peering over from behind. Cheek on cheek is a posture, not a measurement. Adults tilt their heads down to children. Also this event is years into the marriage. Children grow. The question was her age at the wedding and when she was raped by Muhammad. Aisha gave numbers herself, married at 6 years old and consummated at 9. (Bukhari 5134, Muslim 1422), played with dolls, which are only allowed for prepubescent girls(Bukhari 6130), was playing on a swing (Abu Dawud 4933).
