@maximilian_ I think the static is Sephiroth's adjusting the timeline to get Cloud to his end goal. In Ch1 Cloud's in a timeline were Tifa doesn't remember him in Nibel, in Gongaga Tifa doesn't know Zack's dead, in Nibel she remembers Cloud failing to save Zack 5 years ago.
