Police officer repeatedly forcefully booting a man in the head. It's very hard to say how this was either necessary or helpful. Actually it's quite disgraceful. They are behaving like thugs.

At the point where they stick the boot into his head, several times, the man is motionless. How do I know? I have those things on the front of my head...called eyeballs.👀
