Canonically, Sadako is neither a conventional ghost or a typical woman. She is female presenting, intersex ala testicular feminisation syndrome*, and chromosomally male. She is also a computer simulated virus that keeps mutating out of control. But y’all ain’t ready for that.

@RedscreenHorror Shit like this is why I can't take the ring seriously. Why do they need to overcomplicate the vengeful ghost curse plot? At some point it just gets too silly. Vastly prefer the grudge over this.
