It’s cheaper than ever to start but not to win. That stack gets you to launch for ~$20/month, sure. But it conveniently ignores the real costs: → Time (hundreds of hours) → Distribution (the hardest + often expensive part) → Failed ideas before one works → Opportunity cost of not doing something else
