2/ Deployment is now orchestrated through Sovereign Forge. The Forge introduces a multi-phase deployment and setup flow, supports asynchronous deploy calls, and uses callbacks to handle completion and error cases. This makes the setup process explicit, ordered, and easier to reason about, especially for teams deploying Sovereign chains for the first time.
