It’s tough being a fan of Women’s College Basketball these days. You try to fall in love with players who come to your favorite program and the transfer portal just ruins things. Especially when players usually get a degree in 3 years, they’re out. Best of luck to Nunu.

BREAKING: Stanford’s Nunu Agara plans to enter the transfer portal, she told @On3. The 6-2 junior averaged 15.3 ppg, 8.7 rpg and 1.2 spg this season. TRACKER: on3.com/her/news/on3-2…

@CodeRedCard I will never complain about any Stanford student athlete getting their degree in 3 years. That is a good outcome.

@ChrisLaPuma For the students for sure! It makes it so enticing to leave if the basketball isn’t there. As a fan, it’s SO sad to see them take their talents when they’re at their peak elsewhere however. 😔

@CodeRedCard There are lots of factors that can go into a decision. I never speculate. Lumi Kostmayer and Ryan Campbell were grad transfers out of Stanford Women's Soccer. I would never say "the soccer isn't there."

@CodeRedCard Again you are speculating that that is the most important factor to a specific student athlete. My point is grad transfers occur even when that clearly isn't a factor. Feel free to speculate away. I won't.
