2/8 The real shift isn’t “one chatbot.” It’s agents as teammates: shared chat rooms, shared context, and a place to assign work (like a Kanban board).

3/8 Most agent failures come from messy instructions. The fix? Treat it like ops: write SOPs, break tasks into steps, and make the agent follow a repeatable procedure.

4/8 Memory is the cheat code when it’s done right. Vector memory lets an agent retrieve “meaning,” not keywords (so an English query can match Japanese data).

5/8 Hallucinations don’t disappear by hoping. You reduce them with systems: tools for fact-checking, a second agent to critique, and a human review before anything goes live.

6/8 When APIs don’t exist, there’s a wild workaround: give the agent a desktop. Mouse + keyboard automation becomes the escape hatch (slower, but powerful).

7/8 Now add Web3: imagine agents with wallets, staking reputation, competing to solve tasks, and getting paid B2A (business-to-agent) markets instead of B2B.
