
Axiom: First names in subject lines = higher open rates.
Logical Conclusion: Higher Open rates should equal higher click through rates, and ultimately, higher revenue.
Something @klaiyvo should do: guess first names.
Abandoned Cart emails go to john.doe@gmail.com but they say "Hey there - buy my deodorant".
Instead, Klaviyo should use AI to guess that the persons name is John and update my subject line to "Hey John - buy my deodorant".
More personalization and revenue instantly. Won't work on 100% of emails, but it will on 50% and that will be huge.
