If you are one that understands the value of self custody vs holding funds on third party services like Coinbase then we need you to speak up. 2/7

If you helped someone set up a Bitcoin account, but haven't taught them the risks associated with IOU slips from an exchange vs owning their keys ...then we need you to step up. 3/7

We can't expect everyone to get it right as fast as we need them to. UI is coming along...but it's not there. It's not our job to tell people "this is how you have to do it", it is our job to educate and point people in potential directions. 4/7

If you got someone to setup a 3rd party account and buy Bitcoin then it should be your responsibility to help them follow through. 5/7

Technical details won't be comprehended by everybody. Instead teach them the benefits of open source and potential tools to verify. Provide the resources that have helped shape your journey and listen to theirs. 6/7

If you got someone to buy Bitcoin...and they aren't completely down the rabbit hole by now...then frankly you haven't done enough. BUT YOU WILL. 7/7
