@espn The question you all need to ask yourselves, why did the government have to step in to create a ‘law’. We give the government too much power. The fact that the players PARENTS allowed him to be punished for helping their kids is the issue.

@DefinitelyXyz @espn Because we can't trust people to do the right thing and not "pay" players under some ruse that they are buying pizzas from dominoes for a "team meal".

@DefinitelyXyz @espn Kill football. It’s not important. Focus on reading, math and unrevised history. You know, before the liberal twisting of truth.

@DefinitelyXyz @espn I think because it could give some coaches a competitive advantage. Some high school coaches can’t afford a lot of out of pocket costs so letting the more affluent coaches help their team could be considered an unfair advantage. I’m just pointing out an argument against this.

@DefinitelyXyz @espn One day you’ll stop being dumb. The parents didn’t allow him to be punished. You are just slow reading is fundamental.

@DefinitelyXyz @espn Coaches aren't allowed to give money to kids on their team because it may result in bribery or giving one kid an unfair advantage. That's why the original rule was made.
