I would love to see @CraigHarrisNews dedicate this much time and energy to understanding why over 100k students in AZ are using an ESA instead of public schools.

For @CraigHarrisNews to say that the auditor general determined that 34% of ESA monies were misspent based on a table that analyzed a total of 63 transactions is absurd. Plus, the largest identified issue on the chart was "missing documentation," which doesn't prove that money was misspent. And the footnote at the bottom explicitly stated that these figures should not be used to project for the entire program population. Either he is knowingly lying or he is too dumb to read a table.

@kerifordaz I do know the answer. It's a great program for a lot of kids. Arizona also has one of the worst-funded public schools in America, with some of the largest class-sizes. Further, the state has refused to pay $1 billion in court-ordered capital costs.....

@CraigHarrisNews @kerifordaz Was thinking that as I see High schools all over the valley have ridiculous upgrades to their gyms and locker rooms about how they’re hurting for funds.

@Devil4LifeO2V @CraigHarrisNews @kerifordaz I’m sure a fraction of each might be… doubt there’s multiple donors each donating millions of dollars to each of the schools that recently renovated theirs.
