@FastbreakHoops5 Implying that these are bums is crazy. Pau Gasol: Top 75 all-time & a Hall of Famer. Perennial All-Star at the time and made All-NBA both years. Bynum became an All-Star a couple of years later and then fell off. Odom was an All-Star level talent that took a reduced role.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 I never understood why @NBA2K doesn’t have the ‘09 Lakers added to the All-Time teams list.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 LeBron would need Curry, Luka, Giannis and Claxton to win a back to back title
English

@FastbreakHoops5 They had 3 All-Stars and Derek Fisher was clutch, and they didn't beat any great teams either.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 Three 7 footers and two of them were all star caliber and they had Derek Fischer.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 Great run by Kobe, but it was also a great roster with an incredible coaching staff. Going into both title-winning seasons, the Lakers had the best title odds and the highest over/under for wins
English

@FastbreakHoops5 A 7ft do-it-all forward in Odom at the 3
A 7ft post demon in Pau at the 4
A 7ft agile big 5 who could post & grab boards in Bynum
A championship point guard in Fisher
Arguably the best defensive wing in the league in Ariza
Phil Jackson
AND Kobe
English

@FastbreakHoops5 So we going to act like Derek Fisher wasn't the starting point guard for all 5 of his championships
English

@FastbreakHoops5 Ok so this Lakers team had, Kobe the mvp. Pau Gasol an all nba player. Lamar Odom, who got fourth in sixth man of the year. And Trevor ariza who got defensive player of the year consideration, and six man of the year consideration. Kobe fans love to call this team trash.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 Gasol, Bynum, Artest and Derek were excellent role-players.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 Pau Gasol and the greatest coach of all time suggest something else.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 Pao was crazy good at this time. Lamar Odom was super effective. Shannon brown played way above his level. The roster was put together well
English

@FastbreakHoops5 Ron Artest, Kobe, and Pau were good players. and he fumbled with Steve Nash and Dwight Howard
English

@FastbreakHoops5 This team is not as bad as people make it out to be.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 Kobe might be the goat ngl he carried this team on his back.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 Kobe so goated. MJ and LeBron fans gotta hype up guys like Bynum and Ron to make sense of him going 3 straight with such less help
English

@FastbreakHoops5 They didn't win no back to back with that roster Ariza wasn't even there for the second championship they traded him for Ron Artest

@FastbreakHoops5 A version of this exact post with this exact picture comes around every couple weeks and then everyone who actually watched this team has to point out that actually it was a really good team and the clickbait works every time as evidenced by this reply.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 Well it wasnt the 3 ball era. So they had guys that were good for the nba at the time. Also Lamar Odom was a borderline allstar and 6th man of the yr. Pau is a hall of famer. Bynum was an allstar. Ariza was an elite bench player at the time. So 3 allstars(2HOF) and 6th man of yr
English

@FastbreakHoops5 Put Kobe on LBJ’s 06’-07’ Cavs Finals team—they’re not even in playoff contention. LBJ was the only All-Star on that team.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 This roster has everything tho. A leader , perimeter defense, inside scoring , rebounding , playmaking , ball handlers , shooters , so they saying this as if this team ain’t have it all.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 A six time all star, a borderline all star, one of the better young big men at the time and several quality role players.
I know you're trying to raise Kobe's star but this was a quality squad. This isn't a collection of bums.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 Pau Gasol, Lamar Odom, Andrew Bynum, Trevor Ariza & Derek Fisher weren’t bums.
English

@FastbreakHoops5 With a top 3 center + a top 3 power forward + a top 3 sixth man + best coach ever?
GIF
English

@FastbreakHoops5 That included…
A 3x champ
A 6th Man of the Year winner
2 top 3 Centers
Defensive Player of the Year winner (not pictured: Ron Artest)
English

@FastbreakHoops5 sun yue never played a single playoff minute that title run, was on the roster but never activated. still got a ring, still became the first ethnic chinese player to win an nba championship. proposed to his girlfriend with it years later
