I like developing systems for two reasons. 1. Systems are necessary to scale. 2. I like to be told what to do... kind of. The first is obvious. No need to explain. The second... less obvious. Systems tell us what to do. Takes the guesswork out of things. Ironically, I am a subordinate to my own systems. That's by design. If the system works, I'm a fool for not doing its bidding.
