According to Foxconn, Q2 is a traditional ICT off-season due to product cycles shifting between generations, but AI racks are still projected to maintain sustained growth momentum.

AI rack demand staying strong in the ICT off-season is the structural signal. Traditional cycles (phones, PCs) bottom in Q2 -- AI compute doesn't. TSMC 3nm capacity runs full for inference clusters regardless of iPhone timing. The EUV scanner backlog at Veldhoven doesn't follow consumer seasonality either.

@FirstSquawk Foxconn's hedging the cyclical cliff by riding the AI capex wave. Q2 weakness in traditional consumer devices is old playbook, but if AI racks sustain at scale, they've finally got a counterweight to iPhone/PC seasonality.
