@endingwithali You're exactly right. I've also noticed the quality of the juniors applying to jobs has dropped. We used to get interns who have built and released apps prior to applying for their internship now we are getting graduates who only have a senior project on their github.

My son is a new grad and he hasn’t found anything yet. And he codes all the time. Doesn’t have anything published in the marketplace but coding is his identity. Not sure how to guide him into work at this point. But he deserves a shot somewhere. In the meantime I’m trying to encourage him to just keep building. Which he is doing but I telling him to just keep doing the Kim dog work he wants to do and as some pint he will match up with people who value it.
