New talking points? Abby signed on with a worthless statement with basically zero probative value. They knew this, so they submitted her "evidence" the night before our hearing, which is found at docket entry 86, Attachment 1. It was submitted 12 hours before our hearing, on June 3rd. By the way, to this day, I have never received an unredacted version of that DM, which is against the FRCP 34 (and other rules were broken with regards to Abby as well).
