There were some DNS issues earlier which I think I have now resolved. But if you have problems connecting / downloading the installer etc... please let me know.

Monitoring it I can see there are still issues, so website will go up and down as I fix them.

There is currently a DNS issue which is stopping the installer from being downloaded by the bot. I think this will stop being an issue once the DNS change is everywhere.
