Autistic social differences.

We all know the phrase ‘deficits in social communication’ which forms the first part of the autism diagnostic criteria (which I think is a horrible phrase). I prefer to think of these as differences, BUT these do create challenges and social stuff can be very confusing.

@ItsEmilyKaty I have said before that I don't understand the concept of masking (and don't believe I do it or ever learned to do it), and the 5π/8 point, "doesn't pretend to be someone he is not," which definitely fits me, would seem to contradict the whole concept of masking. It's confusing.
