It sounds like the MLB Owners are going to lobby HARD for a salary cap. I hope they're willing to meet a floor, too, with that said. Individual scouting/talent dev is going to be even more important in the game.

@Nati_Sports Would that include when they defer money on the contracts as well or could teams still just pay half or less now and defer the rest to get around it?
