Calling fans “impatient” while saying 80 games “don’t mean much” is wild.
Those 80 games meant something to the people who showed up, spent money, and supported the program. Those 80 games meant something to the student athletes who busted their ass and for some ended their career on a negative note after having potential with other coaching staff.
That’s not impatience, that’s expectation. And that standard isn’t changing. I’m sorry your old ass thought this was a fun retirement gig.
